Determined Day #154

I've had a tub of creme fraiche in my fridge for a few weeks and needed to use it, so I threw it in my blender with a few handfuls of fresh basil from the garden.  Then I added it to some white wine and simmered some chicken tenders.  It was pretty tasty!

Breakfast: 8 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts
1 cup steamed broccoli = 0 pts
1/2 cup mushrooms = 0 pts
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt
1/3 avocado = 3 pts





















Snack: 3 pts

1 apple = 0 pts
1 tablespoon Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 3 pts





















Lunch: 5 pts

1 yellow bell pepper = 0 pts
1 orange bell pepper = 0 pts
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt
5 ounces Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips = 4 pts 
2 tablespoons Pace Mild Picante = 0 pts





















Dinner: 15 pts

5 oz chicken tenders = 5 pts
2 tablespoons creme fraiche blended with fresh basil = 3 pts
1 1/2 cups zucchini and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt
1 cup potatoes roasted in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil = 6 pts
