Have you tried any of my smoothies?  If you haven't, you should!  They are super easy, healthy and low in points.  The Pretty, Refreshing, and Power smoothies are my personal faves!!  Let me know which one your try and what you think!

1 tablespoon 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese = 1 pt 
1/2 cup homemade pear sauce = 3 pts 





















Dinner: 13 pts 

1/2 cup edamame = 3 pts 
1 serving Braised Red Cabbage with Vinegar = 4 pts 
4 oz pulled pork = 4 pts 
2 tablespoons homemade BBQ sauce = 2 pts 




















Dessert: 10 pts 

1 Trader Joes Chocolate Cupcake = 10 pts
