Determined Day #163

This morning's breakfast was not only delicious, but super filling!  I knew I needed a substantial breakfast to kick off the day because I was planning to do strength training, cardio and tennis class.


Breakfast: 10 pts

2 oz Trader Joes Wild Alaskan Salmon = 1 pt 
1/2 cup black beans = 2 pts 
1/3 avocado = 3 pts 
2 corn tortillas = 2 pts 





















Snack: 1 pt 

2 clementines = 0 pts 
1 Babble Light = 1 pt





















Lunch: 8 pts 

1 serving Taylor Famrs Kale Chopped Salad = 6 pts
3 slices Aidells Honey Chipotle Ham = 2 pts 





















Snack: 5 pts 

1 Betty Lous Nuts About Peanut Butter Energy Ball = 5 pts  





















Dinner: 9 pts 

2 cups onions and bell peppers sautéed in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts 
1 cup steamed veggies = 0 pts 
1 Johnsonville Italian sausage = 7 pts
