Determined Day #166

What is your strategy for keeping away from the pantry when you are in a snacking mood?  I have been grabbing a La Croix (flavored carbonated water) to keep my snacking down.  I am enjoying trying their many flavors. 


Breakfast: 7 pts 

2 slices bacon = 2 pts 
2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 cup onions and spinach sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 





















Snack: 2 pts 

1 string cheese = 2 pts 





















Lunch: 7 pts 

1 serving Smoky Pork Stir-Fry leftovers = 4 pts
1/2 cup long grain white rice = 3 pts 





















Dinner: 14 pts 

1 serving Chicken & Gnocchi Dumplings = 14 pts 





















Dessert: 1 pt 

1 Outshine frozen bar = 1 pt
