Determined Day #165

This morning was such a perfect Fall morning!  I went for a one hour power walk and then made pumpkin pancakes.  Tonight's dinner was extra delicious, check it out!

Breakfast: 9 pts 

2 pumpkin pancakes, 4 inches each = 4 pts 
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup = 2 pts
2 Kroger sausage links = 3 pts 





















Snack: 5 pts

1/2 cup Wonderful Roasted and Salted Pistachios with shells = 5 pts  





















Lunch: 8 pts 

1 serving Taylor Farms Kale Salad with Brussel Sprouts = 5 pts 
1 Original GardenBurger veggie patty = 3 pts 





















Snack: 2 pts 

1 nonfat latte = 2 pts 
1 banana = 0 pts 





















Dinner: 7 pts 

1 serving Smoky Pork Stir Fry = 4 pts 
1/2 cup long grain white rice = 3 pts 
















Dessert: 5 pts 

1 Frozen Yogurt Trip Berry Sundae = 5 pts
