How is your weight loss journey going?  The holidays are really challenging for me with all the sweets.  I am trying my hardest to eliminate the problem - by keeping them out of my house!  If you are looking for a super fast dinner that tastes delicious, check out tonight's dinner! 


Breakfast: 8 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan = 1 pt
1 banana = 0 pts 
1/3 avocado = 3 pts






















Snack: 3 pts 

1/2 ounce turkey = 0 pts 
1 ounce cheddar cheese = 3 pts 





















Lunch: 8 pts 

1 Good Food Made Simple Chicken Apple Sausage burrito = 8 pts 





















Dinner: 12 pts 

9 asparagus spears roasted with 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
1 cup steamed broccoli = 0 pts
1 serving Chicken with Pecan Scallion Gremolata = 11 pts
