What are your New Year's Resolutions?  I am not setting any wild goals, I am just hoping to continue losing weight.  I am not stressing about the timeframe, as I know social situations arise and I like to enjoy them!!

Lunch: 451 calories

4 cups spinach = 50 calories 
2 tablespoons Ken's Sweet Vidalia dressing = 80 calories 
1/4 cup garbanzo beans = 60 calories 
4 oz salmon = 261 calories 





















Dinner: 358 calories 

2/3 cup basmati rice = 157 calories 
4 oz chicken = 131 calories 
1/3 cup Trader Joe's Curry Simmer Sauce = 70 calories 






















Evening Snack: 170 calories 

1 apple = 70 calories 
1 tablespoon Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 100 calories
