Determined Day #17

This morning my daughter and I were tough girls and walked 2 miles roundtrip in the pouring rain to get in some exercise despite the weather; and stop in Starbucks for a tasty drink.  While we were sitting enjoying our drinks, my daughter asked me to look up the points in her hot chocolate.  A whopping 9 points!  Luckily my favorite drink (nonfat latte) is low in points and I brought my own low-point treat so I wouldn't be tempted by the pastry case.  Make sure to include tonight's soup (Slow Cooker Potato & Canadian Bacon Chowder) to your  meal plan for next week; it was a hit with my entire family!

Breakfast: 3 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
1/4 each: aspargus, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion = 0 pts
1/3 link Al Fresco All Natural Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage = 1 pt
2 tablespoons mango salsa = 0 pts
2 Cuties clementines = 0 pts




















Snack: 6 pts

1 tall Starbucks Iced Nonfat Latte = 2 pts
1 package Skinny Cow Milk Chocolate Dreamy Clusters = 4 pts




















Lunch: 7 pts

1 serving Chicken Barbocoa leftovers = 5 pts
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes leftovers = 2 pts
1/2 cup sautéed zucchini and onion leftovers = 0 pts





















Snack: 3 pts

1 pear = 0 pts
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts
7 raw almonds = 1 pt





















Dinner: 9 pts 

1/2 serving Slow Cooker Potato Chowder = 2 pts
2/3 serving Spicy BBQ Brisket leftovers = 4 pts
1/2 Oroweat Pocket Thins Flatbread = 1 pt
1/4 cup creamy coleslaw leftovers = 2 pts

















Snack: 4 pts

1 serving Skinnypop Popcorn = 4 pts
