Determined Day #62

This morning I had my weekly weigh-in. I was dreading to go since the past several weeks haven't been very motivating. I lost 1.7 pounds!  Whooo!  Tonight's dinner was one of the easiest dinners I've made and my kids loved it. 


Breakfast: 5 pts

1 slice whole wheat French toast = 3 pts
1/2 teaspoon powered sugar = 0 pts
1/3 cup frozen blueberries = 0 pts
1 tablespoon maple syrup = 1 pt
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt






















Snack: 1 pt

1 apple = 0 pts
7 almonds = 1 pt






















Lunch: 9 pts

4 cups Earthbound Organic Power Greens = 0 pts
1 cup green beans = 0 pts
1/2 cup green bell pepper = 0 pts
1 tablespoon feta = 1 pt
2 slices avocado = 1 pt
3 1/2 ounces grilled chicken breast = 4 pts
2 tablespoons Ken's Apple Cider Vinaigrette = 2 pts
1/2 Oroweat Pocket Thins Flatbread = 1 pt






















Snack: 3 pts

3 ounces non-fat coconut frozen yogurt = 3 pts
1/4 cup pineapple = 0 pts
1/4 cup strawberries = 0 pts






















Dinner: 9 pts

1 1/3 serving Burrito Bake = 8 pts
2 cups steamed cauliflower = 0 pts
1 1/2 cups zucchini and onions = 0 pts
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt






















Evening Snack: 5 pts 

11 Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps = 3 pts
2 tablespoons jalapeño greek yogurt dip = 2 pts






















Dessert: 2 pts 

7 strawberries = 0 pts
1 Weight Watchers Choc Full O Chocolate mini bar = 2 pts

  1. time for me to try the Burrito Bake. I'm ready for easy stuff to cook. I have NO IDEA how the chefs do that 30 minute entree prep stuff on tv. It took me 30 minutes to get lunch on the table and it was the rotis chicken from the grocery store!

  2. I hear ya, sweet lady! Can you imagine what we could accomplish if we didn't have to plan, buy, prep and clean for meals? Let me know how the Burrito Bake turns out!
