Determined Day #97

I made up a new smoothie this morning but I am not including it on my smoothie tab because it wasn't that great!  I am trying to incorporate some protein powder into my diet but it doesn't taste very good.  Have any suggestions? 


Breakfast: 9 pts 

2 slices turkey bacon = 2 pts 
1 protein smoothie (1 cup frozen blueberries,  1/4 cup nonfat Fage, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoons rice protein powder, 2 tablespoons flax seed meal) = 7 pts 























Snack: 3 pts 

1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 
7 almonds = 1 pt 






















Lunch: 7 pts 

1 Morningstar Mediterranean Chickpea patty = 3 pts 
1 cup homegrown kale and onions = 0 pts 
1 1/2 cups grilled squash an zucchini with 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
1/2 cup cottage cheese = 3 pts 






















Snack: 4 pts 

1 Kirkland grapefruit sections = 2 pts
1 Frigo string cheese = 2 pts

















Dinner: 8 pts 

1 serving Good Grains Quinoa and Kale = 3 pts 
4 1/2 ounces turkey muffins = 5 pts 
2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts 






















Dessert: 4 pts 

5 fl ounces red wine = 4 pts
