You can stay on your Weight Watchers plan AND eat Chipotle! You just have to decide what you are willing to spend your points on. For example, my dream Chipotle burrito bowl would contain cilantro-lime rice (5pp), guacamole (5pp) and sour cream (3pp). That is an extra 13 POINTS! No thanks. I kept those three items off of my bowl and it totaled 10 points. And I was happy, because I still got to indulge in Chipotle and still stay on plan.
Breakfast: 9 pts
1 egg = 2 pts
1 Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage = 4 pts
1 cup mushrooms = 0 pts
1/4 cup onions = 0 pts
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt
1/4 avocado = 2 pts
fresh sage = 0 pts
Lunch: 10 pts
1 Chipotle Burrito Bowl which included: chicken (5pp), pinto beans (2pp), fajita vegetables (1pp) and roasted chile corn salsa (2pp) = 10 pts
Dinner: 9 pts
1 cup roasted butternut squash and onions = 0 pts
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt
4 oz porketta = 4 pts
1/2 avocado = 4 pts
Dessert: 4 pts
4 mini homemade energy bites (size of Whopper balls) = 4 pts
Today's Total Points: 32
