Determined Day #150

Post #150!  Woot!  How is your weight loss journey going?  Mine has been slow and steady, which is frustrating for this impatient girl.  However, deep down I know that slow and steady is the healthy way!  Studies have shown that rapid weight loss doesn't have the same long-term results.  Since January 1st, I am down 24 pounds.  It certainly hasn't come easy.  I work out 5 or 6 days a week,  have certainly had my fair share of cheat days, and lots of venting to the hub.  (Thank you, bae).   I still have 10 pounds I want to lose, so let's keep going!


Breakfast: 8 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts
1 grilled zucchini brushed with 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
3 slices canadian bacon = 1 pt
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 





















Lunch: 9 pts 

1 corn tortilla = 1 pt 
3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
4 ounces ground turkey sprinkled with taco seasoning = 6 pts
3 tablespoons salsa = 0 pts 
1/2 cup black beans = 2 pts 
1 peach = 0 pts 






















Snack: 2 pts 

1 Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt = 2 pts 



















Dinner: 10 pts 

2 mini slices watermelon = 0 pts 
1 cup kale and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
5 oz chicken breast with breadcrumbs fried in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 9 pts 
1 cup steamed broccoli = 0 pts 





















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 pkg Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters
